Due to the recent rise in COVID-19 infections, we would like to reiterate our office policies and procedures, which are in effect for your health and safety.

Policies Currently in Effect

• Non-patient visitors are not permitted in our offices, with the exception of caregivers or children with a parent/guardian.
• Masks must be worn at all times when inside of our offices, except for those under the age of 2. There will be no exceptions to this rule.
• We will be asking symptom screener questions to all patients, and you will be asked to leave the office if:
• You've had any cold or flu-like symptoms in the last 7 days, regardless of if they are currently present.
• You've been in contact with anyone in the last 7 days who has cold or flu-like symptoms and you are not fully vaccinated.
• You are currently awaiting the results of a pending COVID-19 test.
• Staff will be cleaning all exam rooms, waiting rooms, and other public and non-public areas regularly to ensure that all surfaces are disinfected.
• Staff must wear masks at all times, and strict company policies are in effect for testing and in the event of potential symptoms or exposure.

Office Closures

On the below dates, our offices will be closed for the holiday and to undergo a deep cleaning:

• Upper East Side: 12/28-12/31
• Jericho: 12/27-12/31
